To pick up keys, come to our office between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday - WE WILL NO LONGER BE OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS.

***Please note that Brokers or Non-Brokers taking keys for an apartment must leave a $20 deposit per set of keys borrowed, along with a valid photo ID or an original brokers license (brokers only).

**** Keys must be returned within (four hours) or the $20+ deposit will be forfeited, no exceptions.

Please be advised all Brokers and prospective tenants are NOT to ring building tenants for access. Access may only be gained with a key obtained at our office or by the building’s superintendent. During Open Houses access can be gained, during the listed open house hours and by ringing the bell for the apartment listed ONLY and accompanied by a Sky Management Agent.
