overnight/ over weekend key borrowing, if viewers do not want to
leave your
original photo ID/ broker�s license, we will make a photocopy of your
ID/broker's license and keep a business card, but you must leave a
double cash
deposit for they keys you are borrowing. .
**** Keys must be returned within (four hours) or the $20+
deposit will
be forfeited, no exceptions.
Please be advised all Brokers and prospective tenants are NOT to ring
building tenants for access. Access may only be gained with a key
obtained at
our office or by the building�s superintendent. During Open Houses
access
